We offer standard and express shipping options for domestic orders within India:

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 8–14 business days from the date your order is processed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
• Express Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is processed. Express shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• While we strive to deliver your order within the stipulated time frame, rare circumstances may cause delays. If your parcel is returned to us or becomes stuck and cannot be retrieved, we will either send a replacement or refund the amount within 14 days.

We offer standard and express shipping options for orders outside of India:

• Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 14–18 business days from the date your order is processed. (Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in your country.)
• Express International Shipping: Typically takes 7–10 business days from the date your order is processed.
• Customs Duties & Taxes: You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@cookiestudio.in within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to locate your package or arrange for a prompt replacement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer replacements or refunds if you receive a damaged or defective product from our side. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, and eligible returns are completed within 10 to 12 days.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all attached patches/accessories.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, you must inform us within 24 hours of order placement to receive a full refund.
